And he spoke to me saying

With a lot of my heart and mind I asked God what I needed to do.

My g/f  lost her job she's had for 17 years.
My truck is broken down.
Bills are coming in.
...and stress is very very high.

I open my bible and allow God's word to speak to me.

He takes me to Romans 8:26

Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weakness.
For we do not know what we should pray for as
we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for
us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

Now He who searches the hearts knows what the
mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercessions
for the saints according to the will of GOD.

And we know that all thing work together for good to
those who love God, to those who are the called
according to his purpose.

Thanks be to God for his Holy Spirit.

So when all hell breaks loose in your life...
Lift up your hands and pray in the Spirit.
